Privacy

This site is a product catalog. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, and no checkout. The only information you give us directly is what you type into one of the two forms and send to us.

What the forms collect

The message form on the Contact page collects your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and the text of your message.

The order form on the Custom-Molded IEMs page collects the model, faceplate, and cable options you select, your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and any comments you add.

Both forms deliver to our own email inbox at info@mynainears.com. Nothing you submit is published, sold, or shared for advertising.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your question, quote your order, and follow up about it. That is the whole purpose. If you ask about a custom order, the information you give us may be used to prepare that order and to coordinate with the audiologist or lab involved in taking your ear impressions.

Who else handles it

Five services are involved in delivering this site and the messages you send us.

Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers every page you load. As part of that, Cloudflare processes standard request information such as your IP address, and may set cookies necessary for security and abuse prevention.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and measures how quickly pages load. It is cookieless, it sets no identifier on your device, and it does not follow you to other websites. We use it to confirm the site performs well for the people visiting it.

Cloudflare Turnstile screens form submissions to keep automated spam out. It checks the submission rather than profiling you, and it is used only on the two forms.

Resend transmits the form submission to our inbox as an email message. Your submission passes through their systems in the course of delivery.

YouTube hosts the videos on this site. Nothing is requested from YouTube when a page loads. Each video is represented by a still image stored on this site, and the player loads only if you click to play. When you do, the player is served from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube receives that request including your IP address, and it may set cookies once playback begins. Through our own YouTube channel we see aggregate view counts, not information about individual viewers.

Each of these is a service provider acting on our behalf. We do not use advertising networks and we do not track you across other websites. The one exception is the video player described above. If you choose to play a video, YouTube receives that request directly, and what it does with it is governed by Google’s privacy policy rather than by ours.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email and stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of an order. You can ask us to delete your message and we will.

Asking about your information

Write to info@mynainears.com or call 1-833-438-6962 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will need enough detail to find the message you are asking about.

Children

This site is intended for professional and adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If what we collect or who processes it changes, this page changes with it.
