Myna Customs
Custom-Molded Reference IEMs
Built from impressions of your own ears, tuned to the same three reference headphones as our Universals. Available exclusively through Myna. From $685.
Every Myna Custom carries the same driver configuration as the Universal of the same name. The difference is the seal.

Fully sealed by design
A full custom seal blocks roughly 26 dB of outside noise, so you can monitor at lower levels and protect your hearing across a 10-hour day.
No vents, no ports, no leakage. On location, ambiguity about what the mic heard is not an option.
The sealed-canal design is part of the reference match: our frequency response is engineered and verified against a full seal.

Each model mimics the sound characteristics of an industry-standard reference monitor headphone.

How ordering works
Custom shells are built from physical impressions of your ears, taken by an audiologist. Nothing is charged when you submit the form, and submitting it does not commit you to buy.

We confirm within one business day
We reply by email to confirm your configuration and walk you through the impression process, so nothing about the next steps is a surprise.
-
Get your ear impressions
Book an audiologist and have impressions taken for in-ear monitors. You pay the audiologist directly for the appointment.
-
Ship the impressions to us
Pack them carefully and use a service with tracking. Shipping the impressions is your cost.
-
We arrange payment and build
Once your impressions reach the lab we take payment by card over the phone, then your pair goes into production.
Finding an audiologist
You need an audiologist to take the impressions. Search for audiology practices in your area and confirm the practice has experience taking impressions for in-ear monitors, which is not the same thing as impressions for hearing aids. If you are having trouble finding one, call or email us and we will help.
What to ask for: impressions taken past the second bend of the ear canal, open-jaw, with otoblocks in place. That specification is what prevents a remake.
Myna Ear Impressions Guide. Download it and give it to your audiologist at the appointment.
